The staff here were really on top of things. I had a room with two beds, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker, which was quite handy. The location was absolutely amazing - just a quick 5-minute stroll from a cool old clock. ⏰

The hotel is centrally located, just a stone's throw away from the main town square, making it super convenient to explore all the interesting sites in the Old Town. The room we stayed in had a big comfortable bed and was clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including vegan alternatives for my husband. The hotel car service was also top-notch, with clean and polished cars and friendly drivers.

Some of the restaurant staff didn't fully understand what vegan meant, resulting in some confusion and incorrect food being served.

Although I had a wonderful stay overall, I did find the design of the Suite Steiner on the 8th floor to be slightly problematic. The support beams and dormer walls around the bed made it a bit cumbersome and potentially dangerous to navigate.
